hilly billy

Blaze Farm in Wildboarclough is an award winning farm set on the edge of the Peak District. Famous for our Hilly Billy Ice Cream – all made on the farm using the milk from our own dairy herd, and Tea Rooms – offering mouth-watering home baked cakes, we’re worth a visit all year round!

Stroll along one of our nature trails – spot the different wildlife and take in the breathtaking views through the meadows and woodland. Watch the lambing in the Springtime and the sheep-shearing in the Summer. Watch our cows being milked in the parlour, see the baby calves and feed the hens.

We pride ourselves on being an admission free attraction as we rely on the income generated from our ice cream parlour and tea rooms. Needless to say no picnics allowed!

The Black Sheep Spinners meet at Blaze Farm every 3rd Wednesday of the month 1pm - 4pm. Come and join them for spinning and weaving, knitting and nattering! All fabric crafters welcome.

The Wool Experience is held annually at Blaze Farm on 1st Saturday in July. All manner of crafts to see with sheep shearing demonstations throughout the day.

School parties and coaches are welcome by appointment only.
We have ample car parking spaces including disabled and coach parking
