Jodrell Bank Discovery Centre
Heritage / Visitor Centre
Enjoy a family day out at the Discovery Centre – whatever the weather we’re sure to inspire you.
Walk around the base of the telescope or find answers to the wonders of the Universe in the interactive exhibit.
Visitors can spend time exploring the 35 acres of gardens which provide a picnic and playground area with great views of the Lovell Telescope.
Our cafe offers a selection of scrumptious food which is centred round the British seasons using quality, local ingredients to create simple, everyday dishes. Why not treat yourself to one of our delicious homemade cakes? The cafe is open 10.00am - 4.30pm (hot meals finish at 3.30pm) and welcomes non ticket paying guests.
