Municipal Park
A picturesque park with a pool, ancient trees and wildlife, including great crested grebes, mute swan and tufted duck, dragon and damselflies.
Poynton Park and Pool is situated just a few minutes walk from the centre of Poynton village.
A circular path takes you from the car park at South Park Drive, alongside the pool and through the grassland.
Road access is via the A523 London Road North towards Stockport. After 1km, turn right into
South Park Drive. Car Park is on the left.
