Road

Cheshire's Peak District is easily reached from the M6 (junctions 17, 18 and 19) and M56 (junctions 5, 6 and 7).  Route planning information can be accessed from the Google map below.

Train

Visiting Cheshire's Peak District by train has never been easier.

Virgin Trains run a frequent, high speed service from London Euston to Wilmslow and Macclesfield which brings you  into Cheshire's Peak District in under two hours. Book in advance at Virgin Trains. 

The Mid Cheshire Line passes through the scenic Cheshire countryside and is a great way to explore parts of Cheshire's Peak Distirct. For information on special events, great days out, timetables and more click here.
